4CommunityCare (4CC) is a committed group of volunteers providing food and assistance to local seniors and families in the neighborhoods of Poway Unified School District.
We partner with local nonprofits and churches to build strong community relationships that shape the way we serve.

A BIG thank you to Poway HS for coordinating a food drive. The students collected over 15,000 items. Way to go, Titans!
The monthly Community Care & Prayer food distributions to ~60 families continue. A BIG THANK YOU to Penasquitos Lutheran Church for hosting this distribution for many years, to our faithful volunteers, and to our weekly food donors such as Abraxus HS, Backyard Produce, Barons, Cadence Gardens, Monterey Ridge E.S., Rolling Hills E.S., St. Timothy's Episcopal Church , Trader Joe's, and Von's.
North Coast Church in Rancho Bernardo hosted a Souper Bowl food drive on February 6 to fill some of the most critical needs in the 4CC pantry. BIG THANK YOU to North Coast for abundant donations of cereal, jelly, fruit, peanut butter, & mac & cheese.
The Souper Bowl donation drive continues on Sunday, Feb 13, 9:30 am-11:30 am, at the Rancho Bernardo High School campus location.
4CommunityCare has been blessed with amazing food drives from many of the Poway Unified campuses over the holidays! It is awesome to have students participating in the health and welfare of their fellow students. Student-led food drives have been distributed to the Headstart community, home-bound seniors, at-risk youth, and low-income college students, among many other recipients.
The Torrey Pines High School Men's Lacrosse Team and their families provided 60 Thanksgiving food bags to local families with preschool students.

4CommunityCare partners with EOPS and the Miramar College Food Pantry to provide food to Miramar College students.
Del Norte High School students help load the food they collected from their food drive.
Chaparral Elementary School, led by PUSD School Board President, Ginger Couvrette, organized a donation of 32 Thanksgiving food boxes for Head Start preschool families.
Design 39 students and staff pack their food donations.
Big THANK YOU to RB Community Church for their food drive donation and to Cadence Gardens for their weekly produce donations.
We hosted a Farmer's Market for both the Midland and Boys & Girls Club Head Start Communities.
